Commercial Card, Process Manager - Principal Associate
The Commercial Card team within the Commercial Banking Organization is undergoing a large transformation effort and is exponentially investing in growing the business. Reporting directly into the Commercial Card Organization, the Commercial Card team is charged with the design, monitoring and realization of both business and strategic outcomes. As a Process Manager (Principal Associate), this person will be responsible for designing and implementing an ecosystem and operating model to support the entire Commercial Card Organization; including new client originations through on-going client management and retention. System design elements will include process and infrastructure, technology, information flow and routines, and metrics which drive business outcomes. This person should be a white-space thinker with the ability to navigate cross-functional organizations and resolve complex problems along the way. This role will require a well-rounded toolkit of skills including, strong analytical acumen, process and systems design principles, project management and delivery, and the ability to build trust and buy-in from senior leaders. This person should have the ability to develop iterative solutions, with a “get better tomorrow” mindset, while also contemplating long-term infrastructure and investments to be made.
Responsibilities:
Diagnosing, designing, and implementation of the management system infrastructure for Commercial Card sales
Identification and resolution of system opportunities and problems to drive business outcomes and performance
Develop cascading information flow and routines to support system management
Build agenda around the transformation journey to share with partners and stakeholders and leadership
Strong written and oral communication skills in order to work with clients and senior leadership
Develop scalable sales transformations and initiatives
Ability to develop and present reporting to different areas of the business
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 2 years of Project Management experience
At least 2 years of Process Design experience
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 2 years of Management consulting experience
At least 3 years of Process Engineering experience
At least 2 years of Operational Analysis experience
At least 2 years of Agile Experience
At least 1 year of Salesforce experience
