Lyra Health is looking for Coach Supervisor to serves as the people manager for Coaches. The Coach Supervisor will actively and effectively manage coach caseload, ensure that the quality of the program and service is consistent for each coaching client, support coaches in their growth, as well as be responsible for key Coaching Program objectives and metrics for the coaches who they manage.
Responsibilities
- Promote and ensure evidence-based practices, goal-oriented, outcomes-driven, short-term coaching individually and through group consultation
- Participate in coach recruitment interviews
- Participate in new group on-boardings and completes dress rehearsals for coaches they will manage
- Own coach cohort communication post onboarding and communicate program policy changes with all cohorts
- Monitor and manage all employees to caseload and hour expectations for their roles
- Host 1:1s with coaches at regular cadence for designated coach role
- Provide session review feedback to coaches during onboarding and on a quarterly/biannual or as needed basis
- Host group consultation for cohort groups & Coaching Program Office Hours
- Guide and mentor coaches based on role: (up to 30 coaches - FT, 45 coaches - PT or up to 60 coaches - Flex)
- Provide support to coaches via email & Zen Desk ticketing including P3 clinical consultation tickets
- Maintain personal caseload of 1-3 coaching clients and provide high quality BC coaching
- Consult on special projects/programmatic elements as needed
- Responsible for seamless content organization, comprehension and iteration
- Invest in team culture and collective program development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-10+ years of work experience- 1:1 mentorship of coaches and/or management experience a plus, but not required
- Graduated from a comprehensive ACTP or ACSTH coaching program accredited by the ICF, or ICF-credentialed coach (ACC, PCC, MCC)
- Completed a minimum of 250 client coaching hours post completion
- Resides and works in the USA
- Has in-depth coach experience (remote group facilitation and/or group coaching), experience on program operations, including how to manage the day-to-day, how to effectively scale operations, and how to launch net-new programs to support program goals.
- Experience in evidence based coaching practices
- Proven and above average client outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to coach within and discuss the Lyra Model
- Confidence in presenting/facilitating via video, and experience working with a digital coaching delivery platform
- Ability to utilize multiple learning and facilitation techniques to assist comprehension for different learning styles
- A high threshold for navigating ambiguity and building effective solutions that scale
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast paced environment
- Participate in continued professional learning and growth participation quarterly
- Exceptional communication, project management, and management capabilities
