As a Could Systems Administrator, you will perform the role of a systems engineer and bring your experience implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and migrating to Azure. You will manage a multi-tenant Azure environment and will maintain VMware, multi-forest Active Directory, and Office 365 environments. You also will bring forward new ideas and provide recommendations to enhance performance, reliability, and support capabilities.
The Cloud Systems Administrator reports to the Manager - Infrastructure & Network Services
Responsibilities :
  • Represent System Architecture as part of Enterprise Architecture
  • Support design and execution of System Strategic Plans
  • Maintain system designs, procedures, and related support documentation.
  • Help to manage E2E asset tracking and IT budget
  • Create System design packages and update master documentation to reflect as-built configurations.
  • Perform service maintenance activities including Change Management coordination and implementation.
  • Partner with other departments, vendors, and technology groups to understand System requirements, and create solutions.
  • Manage service transitions for new deployments to ensure quality products are delivered into the production environment.
  • Support system automation related to configuration management, rule development, policy enforcement and reporting.
  • Support critical infrastructure problems, including occasional on-call responsibilities for escalated issues.
  • Provide system backup management.
  • Independently identify, troubleshoot, document, and escalate complex problems
  • Provisioning and maintenance across multiple locations.
  • Perform in-depth system analysis to determine root-cause of application and system performance related problems.
  • Build/replacing System hardware and software configurations per design

Basic Qualifications :
  • 5+ years of experience in system administration
  • Experience designing and implementing complex solutions in cloud apps, such as Azure
  • Experience with scripting languages, such as Python, PowerShell, and Bash
  • Background with multi VMware infrastructure (200+servers)
  • Data Center migration experience (on-premises to the Cloud)
  • Knowledge of Agile-Scrum Methodology

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Certification
  • VMware Certification
  • Azure Certification

Required Education :
  • High School or GED
