Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader emphasizing the following:
  • Understanding client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and implement technical components accordingly;
  • Creating Technical Design Documents (TDD) and Unit Test documents for the technical solutions being implemented;
  • Communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats while emphasizing analytical and interpersonal skills as a Consultant;
  • Providing guidance and support for cloud technology practitioners (Application Development team);
  • Working on high volume mission critical systems;
  • Providing on call support for Production cloud Environments;
  • Working hands-on with customers to develop, migrate, and debug services issues;
  • Working very closely with application users to troubleshoot and resolve cloud hosted applications or system issues;
  • Informing Technical Support Management about any escalations or difficult situations that require their involvement;
  • Demonstrating proven communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with developers and application team to negotiate and schedule patching windows;
  • Demonstrating experience in managing the monthly Windows or Linux environment patching;
  • Demonstrating involvement in the following during the life cycle of SAP Managed Services: Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Support activities, Exposure to ITIL 4 Framework, regularly interacting with the onsite team/client, providing status updates in daily/weekly conference calls, maintaining cordial relationship with onsite team/client;
  • Demonstrating 2 to 6 years of hands on experience in PI/PO, CPI development;
  • Demonstrating at least 2 years hands on experience in using PI, PO to design and build A2A, B2B integrations and Experience in Architecting SAP NetWeaver BPM Composite Application Development and Process Modeling;
  • Demonstrating experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP HCI/CPI) using various HCI/CPI tools;
  • Completing at least one project integrating with Success Factors building custom iflows;
  • Demonstrating expertise with Groovy scripts;
  • Demonstrating experience with full lifecycle managed services and complex integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems, other cloud systems using CPI;
  • Working knowledge working with most of the standard adapters (FILE, RFC, IDOC, JDBC, SOAP, REST, SFTP, JMS, SuccessFactors etc.);
  • Understanding of Business Process Knowledge;
  • Demonstrating development experience using Java / J2EE technologies;
  • Developing ESR and IR objects, Graphical and Java mapping and proficient on XML Technologies;
  • Exhibiting familiarity on the basic business processes with any of the following Functional Areas: SAP Financials (FI/CO/PS), SAP Logistics (SD/MM/ PP/PM), SAP HR;
  • Demonstrating proficiencies in at least one of the technology domains Networking Principles, System Administration of Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat), DevOps, Configuration Management and Continuous Integration Technologies (Chef, Puppet, Docker, Jenkins);
  • Proven understanding of ITIL framework; and,
  • Working in Hybrid cloud environment and a certification with any Cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred.
