Description and Requirements
Consolidate and communicate guidance or actions to members of the fulfillment and sales teams, enabling cohesion across large numbers of Lenovo employees. Establish prioritization of
critical order escalations in order to manage and maintain relationships with key business partners. Provide accurate ship dates to North America orders and solve complex customer
situations. Control and monitor daily order backlog and past due orders to provide status updates to customers. Work with international supply teams to resolve issues and perform risk
assessments on new opportunities to drive value to our clients through accuracy, quality and timeliness. Perform continued process improvements by identifying and reducing process
bottlenecks. Drive day-to-day operations within the supply chain including reactive and proactive approaches based on business situation and need while interfacing and considering out
operations team, engineers and sales teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
2 or more years of relevant experience
1. SAP;
2. SQL;
3. VBA/Analytics;
4. Product life cycle;
5. Automated dashboards maintenance
