About the Role:
The Cloud Reliability Specialist provides support to the organization by managing incidents, monitoring alerts, and making sure that the right parties are involved to resolve any issue in a timely manner. It is a perfect place to start a career in IT with many opportunities to grow within Epicor. From software development to integrations, IT security, specialized customer support, Azure, AWS or any other platform, we're in the game and need the support and enthusiasm of people like you.
What You'll Do:
• Work the day shift, Tuesday through Sunday, from 8 AM- 5 PM
• Triages issues between different areas of the organization.
• Manages incidents through ServiceNow and Opsgenie.
• Manages ServiceNow tasks.
• Understands and adheres to escalation paths so that issues are resolved in conjunction with outlined SLAs.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Need to Succeed:
• IT education / certification(s).
• Good writing and oral communication skills.
• Troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to identify and seek needed information/research skills.
• Skills in critical thinking, problem-solving.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
