Client Support Tier 1 - Sr Associate II
What does a great Client Support Tier 2 - Professional II do?
In this position, you will work in a dynamic, professional, and client service-oriented environment supporting financial institutions. You will serve as the first point of contact ensuring operational, product, and service needs are satisfied for clients. Your direct and indirect involvement will result in our clients being successful. You will provide day-to-day support answering inquiries and addressing complex issues. Requests for support are received via multiple channels, including telephone, email, self-service case tools and internal business partners. You will find opportunities to improve the overall client experience that will drive business results.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
*High School Diploma or Equivalent
*3+ years customer service experience
*3+years with multiple computer system platforms
*Experience communicating clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
*Experience handling complaints and unpleasant customers
*Consistent job history
Preferred Qualifications for considerations:
*Bachelor's or Associates Degree
*Experience with performance requirements - Voice of the Customer, Quality, Schedule Adherence, etc.
*1 year experience with multiline telephones and online noting systems
