Overview:

The Client Support Specialist role is a critical part of both our Revenue Growth & Churn Reduction strategy. The role is a mix of both reactive and proactive activities to advocate on behalf of both the customer and Windstream to deliver a best in class customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with Senior Business Consultants supporting "high value" customers
  • Nurture assigned account base handling inbound calls and making outbound calls to assess customer satisfaction and reduce churn
  • Identify and engage with decision makers to generate leads and set appointments for Senior Business Consultants
  • Develop proposals & negotiate pricing within company margin guidelines
  • Manage & Maintain customer records and record all activities, transactions, and communications with customers
  • Adhere to quality standards, including efficiency, customer feedback, & knowledge-based metrics
  • Meets or exceeds monthly churn goals & company initiatives
  • Understands the latest products, processes, and promotions to provide the right solution to our customers
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Sales Support Team to determine appropriate solutions to meet customer needs
  • Close Sales and track orders through service delivery to provide a best in class customer experience
  • Participates in Windstream culture to build a positive and motivated team

Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:

College degree or equivalent and 0-2 years professional experience or 4 years professional level equivalent related experience; or a combination of education and related professional level experience required.
