Overview:
The Client Support Specialist role is a critical part of both our Revenue Growth & Churn Reduction strategy. The role is a mix of both reactive and proactive activities to advocate on behalf of both the customer and Windstream to deliver a best in class customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work directly with Senior Business Consultants supporting "high value" customers
- Nurture assigned account base handling inbound calls and making outbound calls to assess customer satisfaction and reduce churn
- Identify and engage with decision makers to generate leads and set appointments for Senior Business Consultants
- Develop proposals & negotiate pricing within company margin guidelines
- Manage & Maintain customer records and record all activities, transactions, and communications with customers
- Adhere to quality standards, including efficiency, customer feedback, & knowledge-based metrics
- Meets or exceeds monthly churn goals & company initiatives
- Understands the latest products, processes, and promotions to provide the right solution to our customers
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Sales Support Team to determine appropriate solutions to meet customer needs
- Close Sales and track orders through service delivery to provide a best in class customer experience
- Participates in Windstream culture to build a positive and motivated team

Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
College degree or equivalent and 0-2 years professional experience or 4 years professional level equivalent related experience; or a combination of education and related professional level experience required.
