The Client Support Specialist role isa critical part ofboth our Revenue Growth& Churn Reduction strategy. The role is a mix of both reactive and proactive activities to advocate on behalf of both the customer and Windstream to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Work directly with Senior Business Consultants supporting "high value" customers.
  • Nurture assigned account base handling inbound callsand making outbound calls to assess customer satisfaction and reduce churn.
  • Identify and engage with decision makers to generate leads and set appointments for Senior Business Consultants.
  • Develop proposals & negotiate pricing within company margin guidelines.
  • Manage & Maintain customer records and record all activities, transactions, and communications with customers.
  • Adhere to quality standards, including efficiency, customer feedback, & knowledge-based metrics.
  • Meets or exceeds monthly churn goals & company initiatives.
  • Understands the latest products, processes, and promotions to provide the right solution to our customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Sales Support Team to determine appropriate solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Close Sales and track orders through service delivery to provide a best-in-class customerexperience.
  • Participates in Windstream culture to build a positive and motivated team.


Do You Have:

  • Sufficient Broadband internet connection.
  • Workspace free from distractions that will allow ample room to maintain a professional work environment.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and decisively.
  • Able to work daytime hours - Monday to Friday.
  • Able to accommodate a flexible schedule including overtime when available.
  • Working knowledge of Windows OS.

Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:

College degree or equivalent and 0-2 years professional experience or 4 years professional level equivalent related experience; or a combination of education and related professional level experience required.
