A day in the life

• Use our highly effective script to qualify clients interested in purchasing final expense life insurance.
• Call existing and prospective customers with professional phone etiquette. 
• Thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment led by an elite life insurance telesales trainer. 
• Collaborate in a team-oriented call center. 

You can look forward to

• $20 hourly wage for initial 60 days + commission pay.
• $15 hourly wage after 60 days + commission pay.
• On target earnings of $50,000 - $60,000.
• Robust health/dental/vision benefits after 60 days of employment.
• A career path to sales with a free licensing course in life + health insurance. 
• Opportunity to advance into a sales position with commissions. 

Must be

• Able to work full time, Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM in Charlotte, NC.
• Eager to learn and master a new screening method to serve the senior population in the US.
• Proficient in telemarketing. 
• An excellent communicator. 
• Tech savvy skills. 
• Focused on an activity-based mindset. 
• Able to pass a background check.
