This position is a client facing role responsible for the project management and configuration of email, SmartVideo (data driven interactive video) and other digital marketing systems. This individual will also be responsible for reporting on the outcomes of various client programs and systems. This can include managing product providers and third party vendors and their deliverables.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Onboard new clients and configure on-behalf-of systems to engage their customers and members more effectively. Take a prescriptive approach in guiding our clients to best practices, demonstrating the value of our service offerings and bringing the right team members into the conversations at the right times. 20%
  • Assist clients in defining program requirements
  • Walk through branding and functional requirements w/client
  • Engage current clients to make recommendations for performance improvements


Manage service opportunity funnel effectively - communicating with field sales and account managers in order to bridge the gap to clients. Manage documentation and effectively log progress through each client interaction. 20%
  • Manage CRM opportunities
  • Maintain project management queue
  • File and update contracts


Utilizing software interfaces, configure each of the elements required enable client programs. Where needed, engage with team members for customization or in-depth technical adjustments that fall outside of the user-interface. 30%
  • Utilize documentation to configure video and email content (functional, not technical)
  • Engage technical resources to complete approved custom requirements as needed
  • Engage with other departments at Allied and our vendors to complete configurations
  • Follow QA process to launch client programs


Proactive and reactive ongoing client support - both internal and external. By reviewing and organizing reporting, dashboarding and progress over time analysis, guide internal and external clients to better outcomes and away from lower performance initiatives. 20%
  • Provide ongoing support to Allied clients and internal teams
  • Review and react to reporting outputs (both client facing and internal) in order to optimize processes and programs
  • Monitor automated processes and react to the needs and requirements of the business
  • Document requests, changes and project and support efforts over time


Other duties as assigned 10%

Qualifications
  • Related 4 year college degree or equivalent experience required
  • 2 - 4 years program management and/or project management experience in the following areas:
    • Financial institutions
    • Marketing software applications (experience with SFMC a plus)
  • Experience working independently and managing deadlines
  • Above average computer and organizational skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, Lotus Notes, CRM systems, WebEx, project management systems)
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the accuracy in work produced
  • Strong customer service focus both internally and externally
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally as required
