At Franchise Rocket powered by HorsePower Brands, our client relationships are our top priority. We are looking for a highly motivated and personable Senior Account Manager to lead a team in sales, provide high-quality customer support, and oversee the maintenance of all client accounts. This individual is responsible for developing a sales plan, coaching to execution, reporting on KPIs, developing relationships with clients to acquire new business, and networking with existing customers to retain their business. Acting as a liaison between our organization and prospective clients.

  • PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
  • Client Success Manager will maintain and foster positive working relationships, resulting in favorable client retention
  • Coordinate the onboarding program for new clients, taking the client through the program step-by-step and seeing every task through to the finish
  • Sell and upsell digital services
  • Present & discuss digital strategy
  • Serve as our primary contact to assist clients with their digital marketing questions or concerns, coordinating with other departments as necessary, identifying client needs
  • Positively contribute to client retention
  • Participate in the development of policies and training materials
  • EXPERIENCE & DEMONSTRATED SKILLS
  • A successful account manager requires excellent communication and analytical skills, digital marketing experience, and the ability to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
  • Knowledgeable in digital marketing including social media, SEO, SEM, and analytics
  • Must be very organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Fast learner & interested in new technologies
  • The ability to remain cool under pressure
  • Google Analytics
  • Sales background a plus
