The Client Service Representative receives and responds to all client inquiries regarding existing accounts.

What does this role entail?

• Servicing and responding to all Advisor and Client inquiries in a professional manner
• Providing timely and accurate account and requirement information
• Assisting and educating advisors on how to navigate Brinker Capital in various situations
• Maintaining an atmosphere of appreciation of Advisors and Client issues
• Continually maintaining an "above and beyond" service aptitude
• Daily promotion of our Service Vision and Principles
• Ongoing collaboration with Client Services, Internal Investment Consultants, and Operations teams on key issues and potential improvements
• Assisting in project work as needed

Education and Experience needed:

• Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related major required.
• Orion Industry Certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or financial industry preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
