RSM US LLP has an exciting opportunity for a Client Service Representative to provide accounting focused support for our designated small business clients. This position offers a flexible work arrangement with the option to work at client sites, in office, or remotely and on a full time or part time basis.

Responsibilities Include:

• Various accounting duties - bank reconciliations, review of transactions to calculate required accruals, and activities to support the financial statement process
• Working simultaneously on numerous engagements in various industries
• Preparing schedules to support the calculation of periodic taxes (payroll, sales, property, etc.)
• Maintaining depreciation schedules
• Preparing monthly financial statements
• Conducting research and prepare analysis of data, reports, and presentations

Basic Qualifications:

• In depth accounting knowledge and understanding of financial data and reporting
• Experience with preparation of individual and corporate tax returns a plus
• Software experience with QuickBooks a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Minimum of 1 year experience required in business accounting skills
• Bachelor's Degree in accounting preferred but not required
