Your Role and Responsibilities
We are searching for an experienced Client Solution Executive to join our Consulting area in Global Business Services team. Working alongside a Business Partner, you will support in the closure of large and complex deals.
You're a clear communicator and natural relationship builder, able to present and communicate technical information to close deals with stakeholders of all levels including c-suite level executives.

You may lead multiple opportunities concurrently although typically in different sales stages and have assigned contract signings, expense, and customer satisfaction targets for the industry you support. Mastering and applying expert knowledge of the client's business, strategies and goals within the industry.
You'll drive and manage an effective partnership with the clients and conducts client negotiations on very complex issues at the senior executive level reaching lasting agreements and commitments.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Sound knowledge of ServiceNow experience in any of the disciplines of IT, Employee, Customer Workflows and Platform capabilities
  • Proven background in successfully pursuing and closing large complex sales deals
  • Proven experience in pursuing and closing deals with new customers
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, and easily adapt to new assignments, system, tools; produce clear, concise, accurate written communication, clearly conveying thoughts and ideas to peers, management, and customers; establish and maintain positive work relationships with peers, management, and customers.
  • Ability to develop strategies and tactics that will win business, including teaming arrangement, alliances, subcontractors, competitive strategies, tactics and responses.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry trends, directions and goals as well as competitive strategies and offerings
