Overview of Position

The Client Relationship Specialist will act as forward-thinking analyst providing support to our clients and Client Managers through trending, analytics and forecasting. New Covid labs with tremendous growth need additional reporting support

What will I be responsible for in this job?

• Monitor clients' accounts receivables, claim denials, and payor activity to identify trends and proactively position clients for profitable futures
• Develop and execute internal action plans that will improve key performance indicators by leading initiatives with over 300 team members
• Build SAP Business Objects reports that utilize big data to communicate a story to high level executives

What are the requirements?

• 5+ years of revenue cycle management or analytics experience
• EDUCATION: Degree or equivalent experience

What critical skills are needed for you to consider someone for this position?

• Advanced skills in MS Office Suite especially MS Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

• Excellent time management skills
• Business objects experience
• Medical Billing experience
• SAP Business Objects (BPI) experience

How much should I expect to travel?

• 10% travel requirement
