Who you are:
As a Client Partner, you will be a visionary, someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset and embodies being the CEO of their portfolio. At Bottle Rocket, as a Client Partner you are a business leader and in a highly visible role with your internal teams and your client contacts. Additionally, you are eager to take on formal and informal leadership responsibilities within the company. You are driving the overall business strategy, client relationships, and financial performance on all assigned accounts. You are acutely aware that the measure of success is the client’s confidence and trust in our partnership. Establishing and building value-driven relationships that are built on shared goals that ensure client retention and growth.

What you will do:

  • Lead assigned key strategic client accounts (+$5M), comprised of varying lines of business
  • Develop and manage strategic account growth plan that establishes multi-threaded relationships; identify, and mitigate threat, develop opportunities, and increase customer retention
  • Develop long-term partnerships with senior client relationships (VP, EVP, and C-suite) that elevate Bottle Rocket’s strategic role within the client’s business model
  • Initiate and review reports, trends, results, and interpret data to make proactive recommendations to advance business initiatives
  • Understand clients’ business goals, pain points, competitive set, and present innovative solutions and service offerings that align and create value
  • Lead new client intake and onboarding processes with internal key stakeholders and systems
  • Oversee financial stability of accounts, i.e., growth forecasts, SOW development and oversight, and activities integral to the financial process

What you bring to the position:

  • 8-10 years’ consulting experience in digital and marketing/advertising agency with additional experience in a specific discipline, such as digital, integrated marketing in both B2B and B2C, business development
  • Proven client relationship development, consulting, and management skills
  • Experience collaboratively leading multi-disciplinary teams across matrixed organization in a fast-paced environment
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with integrated marketing and custom software development process relative to mobile, web, and backend technologies
  • B2B and B2C sales and client delivery experience
  • Experience driving partner solutions and cross-organizational service offerings to drive growth for clients
