The Position: We're looking for a Client Operations Manager in our Jacksonville, FL location!

Purpose of the Position: The Client Operations Manager's (COM) primary responsibility is to support and manage the technology for our client's day-to-day program operations, driving the operational roadmap. The COM acts as the advocate and Beeline liaison for assigned client base.

Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for the vision and execution of the operational roadmap to promote program growth and operational efficiencies
  • Builds and maintain effective connections with clients and partners to ensure positive working relationships
  • Serves as an expert on their client's program and how they utilize the Beeline technology to support their strategic program vision
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates client and partner needs on an ongoing basis
  • Works closely with Client Relationship Manager to understand and support strategic vision for the program
  • Collaborates with Client Services SMEs to execute the operational tasks to achieve program objectives on time and with high quality
  • Plan and lead regular meetings with program team to discuss present and future issues/updates
  • Monitor reports for any issues and convey concerns to management
  • Participate in client lifecycle initial stages to influence key implementation decisions
  • Perform client visits when necessary to promote and foster positive Beeline relationship
  • Communicate recommended changes for technology improvement to clients

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong problem resolution skills to solve problems and deliver on-target solutions
  • Demonstrated experience of working in fast-paced client facing environment
  • Proven track record of successfully working across departments and managing multiple priorities
  • Leadership skills to manage a team and influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Industry experience within MSP, staffing services provider or technology background in account management
  • Self-motivated with analytical ability
  • Understanding of project management/implementation methodologies
  • Three years plus experience with MSP/VMS programs (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Beeline or similar competitor products (desirable)

  • Must be an outstanding communicator and team player who demonstrates attention to detail, and who also understands how to ensure finance initiatives that support the long-term strategy of the business;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work autonomously;
  • Attention to detail / detail oriented.
