The opportunity:
The Client Operations Manager is responsible for full ownership of the operational relationship with new customers (B2B), including management of implementations, as well as ongoing operational support after the customer has launched with Parsley. This role is responsible for successfully executing the operations required to fulfill contractual obligations and customer expectations. This person will report into the Director of Commercial Operations, and will work cross-functionally with the Customer Success & Member Experience teams to provide the highest level of operational support for our strategic clients.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee, coordinate, and manage implementation of new customers, maintaining communication and providing regular status updates to internal teams throughout the course of the project plan
- Develop strategies to proactively identify and address implementation risks and develop mitigation plans for each unique customer (e.g., timeline constraints, product backlog, etc.)
- Fully own day-to-day management and coordination of cross-functional implementation teams, ensuring timely completion of project plan milestones, course-correcting as needed, and filling gaps where necessary
- Assume direct responsibility for achieving performance against company-level OKRs related to B2B (e.g., 100% of customers launched on time)
- Act as the Client Operations subject-matter expert, in coordination with Clinical Strategy & Operations and Engineering, Product & Design (EPD) teams, to evaluate scope as it pertains to customer contract documents, technical specifications, and data analytics to ensure correct services and technologies are deployed to support customer requirements
- Provide a cohesive end-to-end Parsley experience from the customer perspective
- Plan, lead, organize and execute project initiatives in order to drive successful engagement and activation of Parsley customers and their members in accordance with approved scope and schedule
- Own the Client Operations relationship with customer representatives, including benefits leaders, legal representatives, account managers and coordinators, etc., and ensure contractual operational requirements are fulfilled after the customer has launched with Parsley
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- At least 4 years’ relevant work experience in a direct customer facing and implementation delivery role.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new concepts and convert them into customer solutions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to make independent and sound decisions with minimal oversight
- Customer service driven mentality with the ability to fully own client relations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Analytical and problem-solving aptitude
