Who are we looking for?

Source1 Purchasing is seeking to hire a new Client Manager! In this position, you will be responsible for managing new and current accounts. You will work closely with clients to add additional account revenue by adding new programs. You’ll manage accounts in conjunction with the Sales team and be a key piece in a team driven culture. This position requires high energy and strong interpersonal skills, as communication within the team and with clients is crucial.

This position will ideally be based near one of our Lake Worth, FL; Fresno, CA; New London, CT or our Waltham, MA offices, but can also be based remotely.

Essential Duties

  • Keeps the Client Management team updated with Manufacturer events, target lists and open opportunities.
  • Manage client involvement in various events across all brands, working closely with the Director of Client Relations and the marketing team
  • Meets with the Salesforce team to help organize and educate team on new processes
  • Keeps the CM dashboard relevant and makes sure to work on any additional efficiencies
  • Fulfills all duties of the Client Manager job description.
  • Responsible in the training and coaching new client managers
  • Provides guidance to fellow client managers, see’s through any issues and documents any potential areas of improvement.
  • Responsible for Quarterly reviews and have one on one meetings with the CM team they manage
  • Assists with the client management budget and keeping CMs on track for hitting those numbers
  • Work with Client Operations team on issues and how to work with CM team on correcting
  • Organizing program refreshers for the team to be kept up with the most current events and what the latest updates are
  • Works with the Beyond Prime Manager to keep SOURCE1 up to date on all added value/Beyond Prime programs offered to clients/leads.
  • Helps decide and coordinate the monthly touchpoint with the CM & AE Team


  • 4-year Bachelors’ degree required
  • Hospitality experience is a plus
  • Efficient, detail oriented, and well organized
  • Have strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Excel in explaining complex information in ways that are easy to understand.
