Why we’re hiring
This critical role will focus on the learning and development of our clients through both our learning management portal (LAB) as well as in person session events. Reporting to the Director of Support, the Client Learning Specialist (CLS) will uplevel and expand LAB to ensure that Alloy clients can easily understand our product, industry, and best practices. The ultimate goal is to ensure our clients are continuously equipped with the knowledge, skills, and behaviors they need to take full advantage of the Alloy product offering.
What you’ll be doing
Working across the entire organization of SMEs (including Sales, CS, and Product) to build a curriculum strategy that enables clients to work with the Alloy product and continuously uplevel their knowledge as they mature their relationship with Alloy.
Executing on that curriculum to expand our learning portal (LAB) for clients.
Acting as project manager to ensure that content is created (by yourself and / or SMEs) and deployed properly in LAB.
Collaborating closely with the Alloy Partner Success Manager (PSM) to ensure partner enablement is effective and well-served.
Partnering with Marketing to develop in person LAB where our clients can meet in person with both Alloy and industry influencers for both education and networking (pandemic pending).
Creating and analyzing data points on the efficacy of the above efforts to constantly tweak our learning and development strategy.
Working with both Support and CSMs to identify learning opportunities for clients based on ticket content and volume.
What we’re looking for
5+ years of experience in client development / enablement experience in a SaaS based company.
Previous experience in expanding a learning portal for effective use by clients.
Previously executed an in person training session or sessions such as an academy or learning days.
Someone with excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Ability to distill complex concepts in a simplified way
Experience creating content and presenting in both 1:1 and group settings
Someone who is excited to grow with Alloy, our client, and partners!
Detail oriented individual with organizational skills to move and expand multiple projects at the same time.
