Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of telemarketing and/or sales experience
  • Experience working with computers and different software
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to new technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Passion for providing exceptional client service
  • Comfort with receiving feedback and coaching


Job Summary

As a Client Communications Specialist, you'll contact and transfer clients to other parties and persuades them on products, goods and services. To be successful in this role, you'll need to be production-driven while completing transfers, completing lead generation through cold calling and appointment setting. This role is based out of our Detroit office.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a heavy volume of inbound and outbound phone duties, including contacting and transferring clients to appropriate parties
  • Use internal proprietary software and technology
  • Participate in regular training on products and clients of the company
  • Filter leads on behalf of company clients
