Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
  • Managing and identifying areas of opportunities for process improvements, focusing on projects designed to drive efficiency, consistency, and quality within the billing and collections process;
  • Serving as a point of contact for Cloud Managed Services Account team finance matters;
  • Liaising with client service account teams around billing and collection inquiries;
  • Connecting between engagement teams, and collection functions, helping to resolve inquiries around cash applications; and,
  • Improving reliability of cash projection process. Identifying and remediating issues related to billing and collections;
  • Understanding of Firm-wide business intelligence resources such as Alteryx, Tableau, Qlik, and other visualization tools;
  • Employing data analysis techniques to identify areas of opportunities for process improvements, focusing at client and billing partner levels and then determining next steps;
  • Analyzing and identifying areas within A/R and WIP aging and collection performance that require attention;
  • Utilizing and applying end to end project and program management and stakeholder management; and,
  • Developing work plans, managing project scope, secures resources with successful project delivery.
