Job Summary
Enterprise Information Services is responsible for Aerospace’s classified and unclassified enterprise IT environment. Citrix Engineer, who will oversee our corporate enterprise Citrix farm that supports some of the company’s most critical business services. You will join a company that develops cutting edge solutions for our nation’s most complex space enterprise and mission assurance challenges.
What You’ll Be Doing
· You will develop and sustain server and storage infrastructure for the Aerospace Corporation
· You will provide engineering development and support for Citrix farm
· You will provide backup and operations offload for Citrix Architect
· You will develop, implement, and maintain best practices for Citrix service
· You will coordinate and guide the onboarding and consumption of new Citrix services
· You will be the liaison with customers in pursuit of continuous service improvement
· You will oversee overall health, performance, and capacity of Citrix service
· You will implement automation processes to improve service operability and reduce Mean Time to Repair
What You Need to be Successful
Minimum Requirements level III:
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in Computer Science or Information Systems or Technology
· Typically, 3-5 years of experience in Citrix enterprise experience implementing and supporting XenApp, XenDesktop, PVS and Windows operating systems
· Experience with MS Active Directory and Group Policy Management (3 Years)
· Experience with MS Windows Server 2016 (3 Years)
· Working knowledge of server virtualization with VMWare (3 Years)
· This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, which is issued by the US government. U.S citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.
What You Need to be Successful
Minimum Requirements level IV:
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in Computer Science or Information Systems or Technology
· Typically, 6-8 years of experience in Citrix enterprise experience Extensive knowledge of Citrix enterprise experience implementing and supporting XenApp, XenDesktop, PVS and Windows operating systems (3 Years)
· Experience with MS Active Directory and Group Policy Management (3 Years)
· Experience with MS Windows Server 2016 (3 Years)
· Working knowledge of server virtualization with VMWare (3 Years)
How You Can Stand Out
It would be impressive if you have one or more of these:
· Holds current Citrix Certified Professional or Expert (CCP or CCE)
· Experience provisioning and administration with PowerShell
· Experience with automation and orchestration using tools such as SCCM, Jenkins or Ansible (2 Years)
· Experience with configuration management tools such as Puppet, PowerShell DSC or SCCM (2 Years)
· Experience with Cisco UCS domains including Fabric Interconnects
· Experience leading teams and mentoring other team members
· SCI Clearance
