We are looking for Citrix Admin for an immediate need. This is a client-facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers. • Deploy and maintain third party software on Citrix Servers/Linux Servers/Kubernetes Environment• Backup and restore on the application based on the requirements• Work with customers to gather IT requirements and deploy• Help troubleshoot day to day customer activities and work closely with Business team and support them through the deployments• Configure and administer Linux/Windows operating systems• Citrix PVS image seal/unseal an image for deployment• Monitor server performance/issue and application health monitoring• Maintain repositories for yum packages (Linux), MSI packages(windows) and tgz packages (Kubernetes)• Deploy and configure the applications GS Realtime, GS Planner and myStaff• Configure and setup Linux/Windows servers• Configure and setup servers under Azure Private cloud for applications• Help manage and configure monitoring & security software• Basic understanding of WebSphere MQ Messaging Queues• Installing and configuring Oracle Client on Linux servers• Good understanding in IP configurations, IP setup and basics on Networking with respect to Operating System• Maintain and support the applications that runs on the Linux servers, 24x7 support model with oncall support• Create, update and maintain build and network documentation• Automate tasks to improve efficiency• Jenkins's automation and Azure Dev Ops automation for application installation/deployment• Assessing the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems.• Discussing system and server upgrades with IT managers.• Installing or upgrading Windows systems and servers.• Providing technical support for staff and back-end system users.• Troubleshooting system and server errors.• Reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors.• Monitoring and updating the Windows codebase.• Managing user access.• Monitoring system performance.• Maintaining server architecture security and creating system backups.
