About The Role

We are looking for an action-oriented Chief of Staff to the CEO who can seamlessly combine the strategic and the tactical.  This role will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the leadership team to drive organizational strategy and execution. The Chief of Staff will support setting and tracking strategic priorities and drive critical enterprise-level strategic initiatives. They will also help oversee the CEO’s daily operations and communications, facilitate the rhythm of the business, and ensure cross-functional alignment against critical business priorities.

As Chief of Staff, you will have impeccable analytical and communication skills and be capable of translating ambiguity into action. As a thought partner to the CEO, you are a fast learner who will be well-versed in all aspects of the business and capable of handling highly sensitive information. You will be an inclusive leader with strong interpersonal relationship management skills who can partner, influence, and execute in a high-growth environment. You will also be an exemplar of the company’s core values, holding yourself to the highest cultural standards. 

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a thought partner and trusted advisor to the CEO, helping to navigate uncertainty and risk, set strategic goals, and develop execution plans for achieving them.
  • Expand the CEO’s organizational presence and improve efficiency by helping to manage and prioritize inbound requests and representing the CEO as needed.
  • Work with leadership to establish business priorities and outcomes rooted in data and drive tracking of progress against them.
  • Plan and lead meetings to keep leadership aligned and focused on strategic priorities with documented outcomes and follow-up.
  • Proactively identify and resolve misalignment within the organization.
  • Be a high-level organizational communicator and cultural weathervane for the CEO.
  • Lead or partner on key special projects for the CEO.
  • Be an obsessive advocate for customer-centric decision making. 
  • Assist the CEO in preparing for key meetings and strategic engagements. 

What You’ll Bring

  • 3-7 years of experience in related roles, including 2-3 years working for a CEO  of a company 
  • Experience delivering results in a high-growth, fast-paced setting
  • Expert verbal and written communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience translating strategy into operational plans and driving outcomes against those plans
  • Team first professional with significant experience partnering with and influencing all levels of an organization
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects 
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • MBA strongly preferred
