As a member of the Corporate Strategy team, you will be responsible for supporting C-suite level strategic initiatives (i.e market launches, investor relations & product strategy). You will be a close partner to the executive team, acting as a force multiplier as you ensure alignment and prioritization across all business departments. The ideal candidate is  analytical and data-driven, while also comfortable in a rapidly-changing team environment. If you are an excellent problem solver with a knack for getting things done, particularly within high levels of ambiguity, this role provides an immense opportunity to affect the future success of Shift.

What you'll do:

• Track record of working at a leading management consulting firm. Excellent analytical skills required for success in this position.
• Crazy organized - attention to detail is a must. Expect to work closely with the Co-CEO’s Executive Assistant to ensure that his calendar is optimized and aligned with business priorities. Where appropriate, oversee high-level administration, and ensure proper meeting preparation.
• You like working with all sorts of people, from the CEO to entry level associates, you treat everyone with the respect they deserve.
• Experience with handling strong personalities and strong opinions - you’re ready to push back when needed.
• You thrive working on high leverage projects with ambiguity and are comfortable taking on “first time” assignments with no play book (i.e market launches, fundraising & product strategy).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - can build strong relationships with all personality types at all levels, able to navigate difficult conversations or situations.
• Ability to craft strong presentation materials working with cross-functional stakeholders.

What you'll have:

• 2 to 3 years of experience at a top-tier investment bank, management consulting firm, or a technology focused consumer product company.
• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
• Excellent financial, quantitative and analytical skills
• Highly organized with great project management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to drive projects cross-functionally
• Can communicate effectively with diverse technical and non-technical teams
