As the Chief of Staff, you will be a force multiplier for our CEO. 


You will assist our CEO in defining, communicating, and supporting their key priorities. Coordinate, execute, and measure those in sequence with People.ai’s overall strategy and goals.  The Chief of Staff will be highly involved in collaboration and strategic execution across the executive team, our board of directors, and throughout the entire company!

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage the Office of the CEO. Including workflows, prioritization of time spent, and execution of key priorities. Ensure efficient hand-off projects to functional teams and leads and follow through until completion.
  • Work directly with the CEO to set the strategic direction and operating priorities of the CEO Office, Company, and Executive team. Create clarity between competing business priorities, act as the voice of the CEO when not present. 
  • Enable rapid, well-informed decision-making for the CEO by filtering, aggregating, and organizing data from key sources and presenting in a digestible, unbiased, and actionable format. Assist in the development and utilization of primary executive-level dashboards. Keeping a pulse on the CEO's key priorities and ensuring they are tracking to plan. 
  • Lead high-priority projects driven by the CEO. Create Office of the CEO project intake, prioritization, synthesis, and delivery program. 
  • Fine-tune Investor Relations with consistent updates, world-class onboarding and maximized network value. Develop GTM interlock processes and drive strategic pipeline.
  • Support CEO in executive-level recruiting and hiring processes.
  • Assist in preparing for the next fundraise or IPO. Partnering with the CEO and CFO on fundraising materials, execution, roadshows, etc.

Requirements

  • Deep Understanding of Enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong Ops and Project Management Background. Ability to Absorb Ambiguity and Produce Clarity.
  • Analytical Chops. Experience with Data Analytics and Tools like Snowflake, Tableau.
  • Quick to Adapt and Tech Savvy.
  • Results-driven with a Deep Bias For Action. Knows How to Instrument and Measure.
  • Trustworthy and Even. Long-Term Thinker, Calm, Cool, Collected. 
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication with an Eye for Detail and Ability to Summarize with Brevity.
  • Experience Interacting with C-Level Executives, Boards, and Investors. 
  • Nice to Have -- Capital Markets or Fundraising Experience, Buy or Sell-Side.
