So what do I have to do to join?  

• Provide support to the Managing Directors; including running monthly reports, facilitating trainings, running operational meetings, organizing employee events/meals, providing system updates, creating and delivering appropriate communications, etc.  
• Schedule and conduct employee onboarding for all new hires in the Chicago Market, and continue to make sure that onboarding materials are up to date 

• Handle pre-boarding tasks including the coordination of laptops and other employee onboarding materials, as well as audits to confirm all new hires have completed the correct materials 
• Support business decisions with ad hoc analysis as needed  
• Drive the desired energy and experience in the Chicago Office by creating a great experience for all employees and visitors 
• Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, including Bevi, snacks, new employee security badges, holiday supplies, employee gifts, swag, etc.  
• Function as liaison for building communication, reservation needs, and maintenance requests 

I can do that! Any other skills that I need?  

• 5+ years of experience as an office manager/operations coordinator 
• Ability to work in an office multiple days per week 
• Organized, detailed oriented, and can manage multiple projects at the same time  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills  
• Experience conducting and organizing employee onboarding  

• Comfortable working in fast paced environments, are able to wear many hats, and have a general fear of being bored
