Job Description Job Description: Chase Executive Communications Support Associate, Chase Communications
Position Summary
The Chase Executive Communications Support Associate will provide secondary communications support to the Chase Chief Communications Officer (CCO) and Chase Home Lending Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). As a secondary advisor to the CCO/CMO, this role requires a poised, flexible team player who is an experienced writer and comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. This position is based in New York, NY. Alternate locations include Columbus, OH. Some domestic travel could be required. This position will report to Jaclyn Renna, Chief of Staff to the CCO/CMO and Head of Chase's Executive Support and Engagement Center of Excellence.
Major Functions/Responsibilities

  • Help execute the communication and employee engagement plan for the CCO, Chase and CMO, Chase Home Lending, including:
    • Creating and distributing executive messages, including a monthly newsletter
    • Developing and designing PowerPoint presentations for speaking engagements and business reviews
    • Planning internal events such as town halls, site visits and offsites
    • Helping to support, manage and optimize team budget
    • Look for ways to recognize the team through email communications, events and other forums
  • Support events with talent influencers, including:
    • Developing an event run of show and prepare meeting content
    • Partnering with Meetings & Events on AV-requirements and meeting logistics
    • Creating, sending and analyzing post-meeting surveys
  • Work closely with other communicators and marketing colleagues to deliver integrated, coordinated communication
  • Support special ad hoc projects


Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a high-profile environment with competing demands
  • Proactive by nature and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with tight deadlines
  • Ability to cultivate relationships in the firm across various functions and lines of business
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint
  • Eager to learn, contribute and make an impact
  • Unwavering commitment to always doing the right thing
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or similar discipline preferred
