The Service Operations Change Manager is responsible for leading Change Management strategies for critical, high priority programs and strategic change initiatives across Operations. This individual will work in a highly matrixed environment to provide direct Change Management leadership and support for Operations stakeholders.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and oversight of delivery of Change Management strategies and plans to facilitate and enable change for programs and initiatives within Service Operations
  • Partner with program leaders, project managers, Stakeholders and enablement partners to drive strategies that promote faster adoption, utilization and proficiency of changes while minimizing impact of changes to Operations teams
  • Work closely with key business leaders and stakeholders to understand implications of change across multiple business units
  • Drive engagement, awareness and preparedness for change through a robust stakeholder engagement strategy
  • Align and collaborate with project delivery team members to develop and manage work plans for Change Management related activities
  • Develop strong, credible relationships with executives, operational leaders, stakeholders and matrix partners
  • Design, develop and implement a multi-level, two way communication strategy for Change programs and initiatives
  • Partner with Communication experts within Change Management and Corporate Communications to deliver on integrated organizational communication strategies
  • Collaborate with readiness and sustainment partners (e.g. Training, Knowledge Management, Coaching, Quality, Process) to ensure a cohesive approach to talent readiness
  • Identify and work to remove barriers that slow or prevent the successful change initiative, working collaboratively with project/program team members to identify mitigation strategies, taking early action to resolve issues and address cross-team dependencies
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to communicate effectively with senior leadership, stakeholders, matrix partners
  • Model effective change management and change leadership skills, activities and behaviors during all work efforts



Job Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 5 or more years of organizational change management, change leadership or applicable experience required
  • Bachelor's degree required - or equivalent business experience
  • Experience and broad knowledge of change management and change leadership principles, methodologies, and best practices; Certification in the Prosci model (or another equivalent Change Management certification) is a plus
  • Excellent and effective communication, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated record of success in driving effective, sustainable organizational change
  • Ability to think creatively and facilitate solutions to problems and obstacles
  • Ability to develop, communicate and gain ownership around vision and direction
  • Proven ability to successfully drive and sustain organizational change
  • Ability to travel up to 25% (currently on hold)



For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $110,900 - $184,900, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
