Job Description

The Process Adoption and Value Acceleration (PAVA) Team has a great opportunity in the change management space that might be the perfect fit for you. The PAVA team focuses on supporting Intel employees and managers to ensure we are successful in the people side of change. This job opportunity is for a change management lead role to support Planning and Supply Chain Capability improvements in support of Intel's Business Transformation.

This is a fast-paced opportunity with a supportive team that will help enhance your network, develop your supply chain business acumen, and sharpen your change management skillset. To activate the people side of change, focus will be on key change management strategies and deliverables (i.e. Audience Analysis, Change Impact Assessment, Stakeholder Engagement, Develop Adoption Plans, Increase Readiness and Communications) to lead and land change for Intel's Supply Chain. You Have:
Team management: Strong demonstrated leadership having exhibited interpersonal people management skills and a history of building trust among subordinates, peers, business partners and key stakeholders
Stakeholder management: Excellent engagement skills with an ability to collaborate with all key stakeholders. Experience working with senior management and executive levels
Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence while demonstrating executive presence and good judgment
Systems thinking: The ability to connect seemingly disparate information and develop solutions based upon facts/data analytics
Business consulting: Solid business acumen
Experience in leading large scale, multi-organizational change including assessing issues in the context of an organization's processes, structures, and capabilities to develop holistic organization responses.
Analytical capabilities: Ability to see the interconnectedness and cycles of all that surrounds you as well as draw accurate conclusions from data and determine appropriate interventions to address business challenges
Project management: Ability to execute fundamental project management skills where needed and appropriate
Tolerance for Ambiguity: Ability to navigate and develop a path in the face of a fast-paced changing environment that may include unpredictability, conflicting directions, and multiple demands.
CM Lead Responsibilities:
Providing leadership for cross-functional change management work across a combination of projects and programs to deliver strategic business outcomes
Assessing, coordinating, developing, and maintaining a holistic and integrated strategy for change across different project work streams of a program
Engaging and coaching program team members on change management activities including but not limited to: change strategy development, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, communication and engagement planning, adoption and sustainment plans, and effectiveness measures to support project success
Utilizing Enterprise-established methods, tools, and processes for Change Management and Project Management
Engaging with and supporting other Change Management professionals to help advance the collective knowledge and skillset within the Change Management community at Intel

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
6+ years related experience in Change Management and/or Supply Chain related experience
3+ years of group facilitation experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree (or M.B.A.) in Supply Chain Management, Engineering and or Organizational Change Management.
Prosci or other Change Management certification.
Facilitation experience in leading large groups to understand program change management deliverables and dependencies across a 12-18 month horizon
Experience in an Agile environment
Global Supply Chain understanding or experience; Supply Chain Planning is a plus.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
