Central Strategy and Operations Manager, Google Customer Solutions
Minimum qualifications:
- 5 years of experience structuring and solving cross-functional problems, and leading cross-functional projects
- 5 years of experience communicating, aligning, and managing stakeholders across multiple levels (i.e., executive leadership and contributors)
- Experience with manipulating data sets and SQL to derive insights, execution communications, and presentation
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or other graduate degree
- 5 years of work experience in Finance, Sales Operations, Management Consulting, or Investment Banking
- Experience in sales operations and strategy
- Ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks/briefing documents that support the narrative
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

As a Central Strategy and Operations Manager, you will launch and lead high-priority sales strategy projects. You will identify opportunities to accelerate growth and increase efficiencies by working with executive sales leaders and partnering with cross-functional teams. In this role, you will have exposure to sales and operations leaders as you solve complex problems across the organization, develop recommendations, and present to executive leadership. You will help Google Customer Solutions sales teams effectively and efficiently grow globally.

Responsibilities
- Partner with executive Google Customer Solutions leadership to identify strategic priorities and opportunities for future growth and efficiencies
- Lead, launch, and land global strategic and operations projects to help sales teams be more effective in helping customers grow
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Small and Medium Businesses Marketing, HR, Sales Finance, and technical support) to drive critical initiatives to success
- Manage executive-level presentations (i.e., Quarterly Business Reviews and special projects)
