Central Refill Services Specialist 1 - Clinical Pharmacist

The Central Refill Services Specialist 1 is a clinical position that will assist in all aspects of processing prescription refill authorization requests. Under the supervision of pharmacy services and working within established protocols, the Central Refill Services Specialist 1 acts as an agent for the provider to authorize prescription refills. This position plays a key role in maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction by providing patients with exceptional customer service and serving as the liaison between patients, physicians and pharmacies

Shift: Variable M-F 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

  • National Pharmacy Technician certification
  • Three (3) years experience as a Pharmacy Technician
