We are currently seeking a CCWIS MS Dynamics SME to join our team in Washington DC, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

Overview of job:

The DC CCWIS MS Dynamics SME is responsible for providing MS Dynamics expertise to inform other project activities including daily QA / Test operations.

Job Responsibilities Include:• Reviewing and analyzing system specifications• Reporting and documenting technical issues• Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results• Evaluate product code according to specifications• Create logs to document testing phases and defects• Report bugs and errors to development teams• Help troubleshoot issues• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience• 5+ years' experience with SQL and Oracle• 3+ years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRP and PowerPlatform• 3+ years testing and QA experience

Preferred Skills:• Creation of complex Dynamics solutions for CRP• Developing testing methods for Dynamics solutions• Exposure to Test automation• Proven experience as a QA tester or similar role• Experience in project management and QA methodology• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors• Excellent communication skills• Attention to detail• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude• Strong organizational skills
