Job Description
This Permit To (PtX) lead must be able to work well across management, technology, development and support staff to ensure Cloud migrations and software releases follow documented procedure and that audit requirements are met. This role is also key to enhancing the current process, removing friction through automation, and managing the backlog of work. This role represents our line of business, Community and Consumer Banking (CCB), in a firmwide working group to deliver an automated solution to ensure onboarding applications to the cloud is a clear, streamlined process which encompasses the required controls.
Key responsibilities are:

  • Lead function to provide governance and oversight for applications migrating to a Cloud platform to ensure process steps are followed, correct evidence is provided, and solutions are deployed with security and controls met.
  • Work across CCB, audit, and other key teams to prioritize backlog of enhancements, automation opportunities, and other use cases.
  • Work with firmwide team to represent CCB in forums for PtX.
  • Provide status reporting and tracking on applications through their Cloud journey.
  • Create training materials and process documentation.
  • Provide support and training to teams as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant business analysis experience, audit experience, relevant application development experience, testing and or project management experience within Information Technology.
  • ITIL Certified or knowledge of ITIL terminology and service lifecycle practices
  • Solid understanding of the major functionality bundled into change and release management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand business needs and processes.
  • Excellent problem analysis and resolution skills.
  • Experience in creating & presenting department reporting.
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
  • Proven interpersonal effectiveness and ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries.
  • Strong analytic and decision making abilities.
  • Must be a team player and able to work with and through others.
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change effort.
  • Proficient in SharePoint, excel, power-point
