The Role: 


As Category Manager/eCommerce Brand Manager you are responsible for the operations and performance of the Product Labs Owned & Operated brands that span across different product categories and sales channels. In your role you are accountable to achieve sales and contribution margin targets for the brands within your category. This means you are accountable for all aspects of brand operations within your category and you will be closely collaborating with an internal team of centralized services including Marketing, Supply Chain, Brand & Product Development, Data Analytics & Technology, that helps you to achieve your brand targets for which you are ultimately accountable. 

What you'll do:

  • Develop long term brand strategy and short-term plans to drive sales and achieve profitability targets for the assigned brands
  • Provide category insights and improvement potentials by analyzing and monitoring general markets trends and competitor data
  • Research new product expansion opportunities in the category to expand product portfolios and drive revenue growth
  • Closely collaborate with marketing team to define marketing and promotional plans in order to achieve sales targets
  • Create demand forecasts and align supply plans with Supply Chain department to ensure inventory availability

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as category manager or similar role 
  • Solid knowledge of category management. Experience with Amazon FBA preferred
  •  Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods 
  • Proficient in MS Office 
  • An analytical mind with an ability to think strategically 
  • Excellent communication and people skills 
  • BS/BA in business administration, marketing, or related field
