Your core mission is to provide unparalleled support through clear and concise communication in a
supportive and empathetic nature as you field contacts from CareDrivers in our community. You will also
be working closely with other members of the Marketplace department to build relationships to retain
CareDrivers.
This is a remote position so we are looking for people located in CA, CO, DC, FL, IL, KS, MD, MO, NC, NY, OR, TX, VA, or WA. Please be aware that your application will not be considered unless your application shows an address in these states or you indicate in your cover letter that you’ll be moving to one of these states before starting this role.
What we’re looking for
● Respond to a wide range of user questions quickly and clearly
● Take ownership of solving user problems through effective probing
● Troubleshoot our website and app (iPhone and Android)
● Provide Omnichannel support via phone, email, text, and chat
● Surface complex and emerging issues and suggest changes to improve our service
● Contribute to our growing library of content, including macros and internal knowledge base
articles
● Provide solutions that align with HopSkipDrive’s brand purpose and policies
