About the Role


We’re looking for an enthusiastic Capture Services Coordinator to join our growing Capture Services team. The candidate will help grow our operations and ensure efficient and high quality service delivery and experience for customers and Capture Technicians alike. The candidate will work closely with our network of Capture Technicians across EMEA, facilitating all scan requests and helping us grow the community by onboarding additional technicians as required. The candidate will also liaise with customers at various stages of the job lifecycle to help problem solve and improve the customer experience. 



Matterport is a remote workplace with headquarters in Sunnyvale, CA. This position can be based remotely in the United States #LI-Remote

What you will do

  • Coordinate with the client and Capture Technician to schedule capture requests and update capture request data in company systems throughout the job lifecycle. 
  • Liaising with customers as required, to solve operational issues.
  • Supporting the Customer Operations team through the job lifecycle. 
  • Provide support to Capture Technicians as required, to solve on site issues and project advice. 
  • Quality Assure Capture Technician deliverables according to set quality standards
  • Accurately input and record customer information into company systems

Who you are

  • 2+ years previous experience in a similar support/customer service role would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Patient and able to handle customer complaints and questions in a cheerful and helpful manner
  • Ability to multitask and juggle many projects efficiently
