The Underwriting Operations Support role is responsible for the end to end operational support for all security products underwritten by Truist Securities as lead manager and co-managed deals.

Municipal Floater Bonds
Municipal Bonds
Equities
MSRB filing of Final OS(G-32) and some Disclosure documents
Remarketing of Municipal Floaters
Research various inquiries related to deals underwritten by TSI
DTCC eligibility on Municipal and Corporate bonds
Cusip request - all products
Assist LOB when preparing to bid for a deal when needed
Assist Syndicate Trading desk when required

The Underwriting Support Team renders support beginning with the notification of upcoming deal through the coordination of efforts to close deal timely.

The Underwriting Support Team renders support beginning with the notification of upcoming deal through the coordination of efforts to close deal timely.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
1. BS/BA Degree, or equivalent education and related training or 3-5 years related experience

2. Understanding of Capital Markets, particularly underwriting exeperience
3. Understanding of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel. May be required to demonstrate proficiency
4. Strong interpersonal, time management and problem solving skills

5. Ability to be handle ambiguity and flexibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Prior experience in underwriting operations with ability to show increased level of responsibilities
2. Knowledge of Capital Markets
3. FINRA Series 99 or 7
