Candidate Engagement Specialist
This position ensures that Arrive delivers a best-in-class employer brand, value proposition, and candidate experience. The Candidate Engagement Specialist supports the Recruiting team and collaborates with teams across the organization to give each candidate the support they need as they progress through the interview, offer, and onboarding processes.
Essential Functions:
- High-touch onboarding involvement; manage candidate engagement from the time they sign their offer through their first day.
- Partner with Marketing on external employer branding across multiple channels.
- Manage vendor relationships, including our realty partners and relocation providers.
- Maintain and improve upon our offer package marketing material to help candidates understand the various components of their offer.
- Connect candidates and new hires to resources within the business.
- Ensure our employee referral program is white glove and widely advertised.
- Swag management; collaborate with Marketing on the design and ordering of promotional items for recruiting events.
- Plan and execute recruiting events in partnership with the management team.
- Report to our Recruiting Program Manager.
- Partner with our University Relations team on early talent branding initiatives.
- Partner with our Corporate Recruiting team on their candidates’ needs and experience.
- Contribute to other recruiting and talent initiatives as needed.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study, preferred.
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast- paced, collaborative environment
- A customer service oriented individual
- A passion for relationship building and creating a strong candidate experience
- Experience using the Google suite, with an emphasis on Sheets and Slides
- Experience using Canva or other marketing related software
- Exceptional organizational skills
- A strong sense of urgency!
- Exceptional written skills with an emphasis on creating a consistent voice and employer brand externally
- A resourceful individual who is able to take initiative!
