Description

The Campaign Operations Manager supports multiple business units across the firm that develop the communications, journeys, touch points and experiences needed for our clients. The team's core objectives are focused on delivering marketing at scale and with 100% accuracy. To meet these objectives, the team will align and evolve the Marketing capabilities needed for workflow/process, data, and management / building of assets. Additionally, the team will deliver direct communications across a variety of channels in support of Service & Regulatory needs for the Enterprise.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Ability to see the big picture balanced with great insight into the inner workings for how marketing gets created and distributed throughout the enterprise
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency for marketers and provide solutions
  • Understanding how marketing operations and automation technology fit into the overall MarTech stack to drive scale
  • Painting a compelling vision of a future modern marketing operations organization and owning the plan to achieve that goal
  • Managing multiple teams with separate and distinct areas of focus within a marketing organization including:
    • Marketing Operations platforms including Workfront, Workato, WalkMe and Bynder
    • Roadmap, usage, and standards for marketing data
    • Asset development and publishing that supports email and landing page production in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
    • Retail brokerage service and regulatory communications

Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience with both agile and waterfall project management
  • Experience in financial preferred
  • Highly developed communication and presentations skills with a superior ability to effectively present complex concepts and issues to leadership teams in a highly compelling, persuasive, fact-based manner
  • Extensive experience with marketing resource management, budgets and workflows that lead to a more efficient and effective delivery experience - ideally through platforms such as Workfront, Aprimo, Allocadia, Bynder or other enterprise Marketing Operations tools
  • Understanding of campaign management and marketing automation platforms - preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketo - and how they are used by marketers to drive customer engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to establish credibility quickly, build relationships, and facilitate discussions with cross-functional partners
  • Results-driven, highly motivated self-starter who possesses integrity, and thrives in an environment of respect and treats others as such
  • Highly skilled at leading cross functional marketing, technology, and other teams to identify, build, implement and evolve our capabilities

Education, Certification, and/or Other Professional Credentials:

  • Bachelor's degree required

Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
