Campaign Delivery Production Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced campaign and delivery production manager with excellent communication and collaboration skills. In this role you will meet with partners from Lines of Business regularly as well as the delivery teams for email, ads and direct mail. You will facilitate status meetings, work sessions and issue mitigation to ensure all marketing campaigns are executed seamlessly. You will also support capacity planning for delivery teams in partnership with lines of business partners. You will have a passion for seamless execution, creative problem solving and a desire to learn about multiple work streams while building trusted relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Regular 1on1s with line of business partners
- Become a subject matter expert on cross channel execution process, capabilities, tools and timing
- Become a subject matter expert on line of business campaign strategy and priorities
- Support on business requirements gathering in partnership with lines of business
- Facilitate forecasting with lines of business and work with campaign execution teams to ensure campaigns have support
- Provide status updates (change requests, timeline changes) on requests and communicate across all channel delivery teams
- Escalate and triage issues and questions between lines of business and delivery teams
Required Qualifications, capabilities and Skills
- Previous experience as a producer, project manager or account manager
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with meeting facilitation experience
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 Suite
- Experience working in project management/work flow tools
- Positive outlook with a "yes and" attitude
- Ability to stay calm under pressure while also having a sense of urgency and ability to juggle multiple moving parts of a project
- Experience in end to end execution of at least one of the following channels: Email, Media, Direct Mail
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience in Workfront a plus
- Experience working and navigating in a fortune 500 company or large complex organization
- Bachelors degree or higher
