Business Systems Support Analyst

When you love what you do, is it still work? Boingo Wireless is seeking a passionate Support Analyst to join our Commercial Operations team. You will join an existing team of Analysts to support internal users with the usage and adoption of business tools. You will be the first point of contact for users needing troubleshooting help, training, and basic reports / dashboards. This role will also assist with data stewardship, system administration and other tasks needed to support the greater Business Systems and Commercial Operations teams.
What’s the gist of the job?

• Support internal users with day-to-day problems, questions and requests including Salesforce, JIRA, and Adobe
• Develop and maintain training materials including guides, cheat sheets, videos and demonstrations
• Train users to drive maximum usage and adoption of our business systems and defined processes
• Conduct root-cause analysis to understand business problems presented by users
• Develop metrics to track usage and adoption of business systems
• Analyze and develop training materials for effectiveness
• Test new features and gather user feedback for usability improvements
• Support business data integrity efforts as assigned by senior analysts
• Maintain system access and security policies

• Comfortable with presenting in front of others ranging from individuals to large groups
• Demonstrate passion / knowledge of, or willingness to learn quickly our business system platforms
• Demonstrate a history of learning and synthesizing software systems, data and concepts
• Proactive learner who takes initiative to learn and provide knowledge to others
• Ability to anticipate and mitigate problems
• Be a self-starter and have a willingness to grow within the role
• Influencing for impact
• Inquisitive with refined listening skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Bonus points if you’ve got…

• Experience building and delivering training content preferred
• 1-2 years of CRM experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
