Responsible for planning, conducting and directing the analysis of complex business problems/requirements to be solved with automatic systems. Applies knowledge of the business unit and systems capabilities to improve and resolve problem issues. Major Responsibilities: Percent of time performing: 70% below Leads and conducts and facilitate meetings. Play a major role in the development of implementation of strategic technology plans. Directs solution to system/business problems. Manages and resolves the more complex systems related projects. Ensures the users needs are met. Task includes (but not limited too): .Responsible for consulting with users and vendors for needs assessment. Develops detailed analysis of users needs (business specification, hardware requirements, software requirements). Develops work orders. Participates and represents users need in large system projectsPrepares detail written documentation and business requirements. (charts, work flow tables specs). Negotiates spec changes, test and implementation dates. Coordinates with assigned system staff on edits, changes implementations. Develops user test plan and test cases. Responsible for conducting user testing. Accountable for user sign off of changes. Independently conducts studies of new technology and recommends changes based on these findings. Presents research and recommendations of systems or process changes to management. (10%) Identifies methods, hardware or software or equipment that enhances productivity.(10%)

Typically requires 6+ years of in-depth business knowledge and system design. In-depth knowledge of all business practices, policies and procedures. Requires strong leadership skills and consulting skills. Advance communication skills for composing and writing original business letters, detailed business specification, recommendations, reports, internal policy and presentation to management.

We're seeking a Business Systems Associate to plan, conduct, and direct the analysis of complex business problems/requirements to be solved with automatic systems. You will apply knowledge of the business unit and systems capabilities to improve and resolve problem issues.
Responsibilities:
- Develop implementation of strategic technology plans.
- Lead and resolve complex systems related projects.
- Consult with users and vendors for needs assessment.
- Prepare detailed written documentation and business requirements (charts, work flow tables specs).
- Develop user test plans and test cases and conduct user testing.
- Conduct studies of new technology and recommend changes based on these findings.

The right candidate will have:
- 4 - 6 years of in-depth business knowledge and system design
- Financial, accounting, and commercial credit analysis skills
- Experience working with financial systems, or in the financial services industry
- Project management and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word) and Risk applications
- Strong leadership skills and consulting skills
- Bachelor's degree
