Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary IT resource for small to medium-size projects
• Work with business segments to better define business requirements for development and implementation
• Translate requirements into technical specifications
• Serve as the liaison between business and systems analysts, developers and project management groups
• Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements
• Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems
• Writing SQL queries
• Working with Medicaid / Medicare or state programs
• Working with HIPAA Transactions experience specifically 837, 277, 835, NCPDP
• Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses
• Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
• Involved with UAT and state testing
• Serves as a resource to others
• Lead requirements gathering, service-oriented modeling, analysis and design activities
• Present and evaluate design solutions objectively

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of SQL Developer experience writing queries (PL/SQL or PostGrs)
• 2+ years of experience with HIPAA Transactions specifically 837, 277, 835, NCPDP

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Experience working in an Agile environment or familiarity with Agile methodology
• DevOps experience
• Experience working with government run programs such as Medicaid / Medicare and/or other state programs
• Caims background
