Overview
Provide operational oversight and administrative support for our BPO (Outsourced) Mortgage Fulfillment Division operations. May include planning and coordinating shifting of resources between departments, locations and channels; the reconciliation and full accounting of staff in addition to the oversight of hiring plans, and a broad variety of administrative, and reporting activities. May also participate in special projects as a coordinator or key contributor, business process or performance analysis, and other initiatives to support the Division.
Job Description

  • Provide analytical and operational support for various initiatives as well as creating, producing and reporting on applicable metrics and key performance indicators
  • Plan and coordinate resource alignments, training, and staffing approvals for BPO (Outsourced) resources working closely with Department and BPO leaders
  • Provide general administrative support for the Division as needed
  • Interacts as a point person working with BPO leaders in collaboration with PennyMac Department Leaders and Execs
  • Communicates with leaders the status of migration work, challenges, as well as an assessment of operational performance opportunities on a regular basis
  • Assist business units with identifying and/or developing process improvements to facilitate an increased level of efficiency
  • Support the Department Leaders with data analysis and provide recommendations on how to interpret and leverage the data to make better business decisions
  • Develop ad-hoc reports and dashboards for oversight management, business reviews, and Initiatives.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

  • Excellent communication skills; comfortable speaking with employees and leaders at all levels
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field required
  • Must be highly proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
  • Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management
  • Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively manage competing priorities
  • Must possess superior analytical skills
  • Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment
