Responsibilities:

• Lead large outsourcing program from onsite/ Customer site
• Be one face to customer across service delivery, transformation, Innovation
• Manage Client executive stake holders and expectations. Grow & maintain deep and wide relationships with stake holders
• Work with multi-geo delivery teams and ensure seamless service delivery to client
• Drive large scale transformation in Finance operations and other business function
• Aggressively generate potential opportunities within the account and convert them into business.
• Business Acumen - Keeping abreast of the Industry/ Client market. Extensive research and assimilation capability
• Excellent solutioning mindset in the F&A.
• Good commercial sense in structing deals.

Qualifications:

• 16-18 Years of Experience in Business Process Services - Finance & Accounting with strong service delivery, transformation & relationship-based account mining/sales experience.
• Experience Retail or CPG segment.
• MBA / CPA/ CA
• Strong Functional Excellence in F&A Managed large F&A service delivery including driving largescale transformation. preferably multi geo delivery management
• Self-Starter. Drive for Result. Never give-up attitude

• Excellent Communication & Presentation skills
