Business Relationship Manager
The Business Relationship Manager (BRM)will have the charter of business partnership including collaboration and project delivery of transformational and functional projects and initiatives. We are looking for exceptional candidates with expertise and skills in BRM, Portfolio and Project management, who can partner with business stakeholders in the Sales, Marketing and Channels domains and drive major cross functional initiatives in a dynamic and challenging environment.
We are looking for technology leaders who can collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders, the technical delivery teams and take accountability for the successful delivery of projects as per scope, within budget and on time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish strong partnership with leaders across the company, including business stakeholders, operational leaders, system integrators and internal IT teams
As a Business Relationship Manager, manage business partnership including portfolio planning, prioritization, benefit realization and quarterly business reviews
As a project manager create detailed program/project execution plan and manage all phases of the project including projects financials, progress status tracking and reporting, monitoring scope creep, testing and release to production
Provide overall project management as per the governance model with standup and weekly Core team, Steerco and Opco meetings. Managing issues and risk mitigation plan, change order process, readiness reviews and overall health of the program using best practices and methodologies
Expert in different project methodologies including Waterfall and Agile, leveraging the proper methodology as needed for the project
Apply consistency and best practices through project initiation, planning, and execution phases with a continuous improvement mindset
Participate in Architectural review sessions, drive governance across teams, help evolve processes to be more efficient, and influence decisions and directions on strategies
Create metrics to measure success of the projects, and business value realization
QUALIFICATIONS
Combined 10+ years in BRM/Portfolio/Project/Program management with at least 5 years of that dedicated to Business Relationship Management or Portfolio and Project Management.
Experienced in managing enterprise level software application development projects for 1 or more of the following functions: Billing, Sales, Marketing, Channel, Renewals, Finance or Professional Services.
Experience in driving projects across platforms covering CRM, Sales, CPQ, O2C, Financials, Customer 360 and Reporting
Knowledge of best of breed cloud applications such as SalesForce, Oracle and Zuora is preferred
Proven experience in managing multiple large programs/projects, in enterprise environments delivering business applications for one or more business functions
Excellent communication skills, problem solving, conflict resolution management, active listening, time management, and interpersonal skills
Minimum of Bachelor of Science / Engineering / Technology or related
Demonstrated consistent ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver solutions
Agile Scrum Master Certified and/or PMP certified or equivalent experience
