About the team:
Step into an exciting new career in Capital Markets supporting our newly formed global business processing service organization. Our Training and Enablement Director will be passionate about building a strong team responsible for driving engagement and ensuring new joiners are onboarded successfully. You'll have the chance to collaborate with business units to define roles and responsibilities while setting common best practices for training.
What you'll be doing:

  • Manages the Onboarding Program. Expands and integrates on-boarding at all levels of the organization to improve new employee acculturation, preparedness and retention and to build reputation as an Employer of Choice
  • Advises and assists employees by acting as the initial point of contact for training questions
  • Coordinates logistics for training programs including scheduling, location management, communication to participants and other responsibilities as required
  • Plans, manages, and controls the activities of a team that provides operational support for a business segment, group or team.
  • Aids in the production of training and development policies, procedures, protocols, standards, and guidelines.
  • Analyzes and monitors KPIs for the program aligned with organizational strategies. Measures the quantitative performance and the qualitative impact of the program by capturing pertinent data and regularly reporting to leadership.
  • Brings expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts in process improvement, data capture and analysis, infrastructure support, tool ownership and compliance with procedures.
  • Consistently thinks outside the box and brings new and innovative ideas to the table to improve training effectiveness leading to improved employee performance and engagement.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional business partners to uncover and support learning priorities
  • Continuously look for opportunities to streamline, automate and improve the current programs and processes


What you bring:

  • Banking or financial experience
  • Knowledge of FIS products/services is a plus
  • Passionate about improving the onboarding experience for new joiners
  • Ability to drive retention and engagement
  • Inquisitive and analytical
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, computer science, or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
